USA

International

Due to the dramatic increase in international shipping costs we are no longer able to offer flat rate international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your orders weight. 

Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of being placed. These processing times may take longer during sale times. Tracking will be emailed to you when it has been shipped.

Orders to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman or United Arab Emirate MUST supply a PO BOX address otherwise we will not be able to process your order.

Buyers  are responsible for the payment of any taxes & duties their order may incur.

Expected Transit Times

These transit times are supplied to us by our carriers however we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within these expected times. 

Returns & Refunds

Returns & refunds are only accepted if a product arrives damaged or faulty. We do not offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser, or for change of mind.

To process a return you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
